The Dordogne and Lot is home to some of the most charming villages in France and exceptional prehistoric sites including the world famous caves at Lascaux. The rivers of the Dordogne, Lot and Garonne weave their way through deep valleys in the region resulting in some spectacular scenery. The city of Cahors is a particular gem.

Situated in the sun-blessed south east corner of France, edged on one side by the Mediterranean and on another by the Alps.
